"Really clean and modern. Loved the pool and rooms were big. Loved the suite option and how the bedroom was divided from the living area by the swinging TV. Overall a nice and pleasant stay. Customer service was kinda slow and the beach was a longer walk than expected but there were other nice beaches around to explore."

"The hotel is very centric with lots of restaurants and beach at walking distance. Airport, beaches, attractions and old San Juan were very near. The staff was very attentive and helpful. Pool area is beautiful. Breakfast was decent. Room was clean and spacious. Our only problem was the bed. It was hard and uncomfortable. probably not a problem for people who prefer a hard mattress."

"The property is nice, however we were disappointed the the bar at the top was not open for service. The jacuzzi didn’t work and it was cold. Also the safe was not bolted in place in the room. The ice maker didn’t work either. I believe the hotel has a lot of potential but it needs a few detail taken care of. "
