"We enjoyed our stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I had left a nightlight/charger in the bathroom and 2 days later after I realized we had left it, I was able to recover it. We decided to stay longer in Celestún than originally planned. We needed to change to a different hotel because Don Gonzalo’s does not take credit cards. Cash only. "Easy parking right in front of the room with a gate to protect the car. Very safe area. Across the street from the beach. WiFi and AC.
