"Great location! Front desk staff and concierge were great! Jason was amazing and so supportive as he helped secure a taxi service since uber cancelled our ride for no reason. He brought all of our bags to the taxi and made sure we were set for our ride to get to the airport on time. Only complaint I have is that rooms are quite small, but it’s nyc. Housekeeping service was not efficient and helpful. "

"Friendly staff! They know how to treat their customers well. They also serve Congee and different Hot Buns as part of their complimentary breakfast. The only thing I missed was not having a fridge at least like some hotels do. "

"They have the most friendliest Front Desk personnel in this hotel. They were always ready to assist snd answer questions. Keep up the good work! If you don't have a car, the Bus only runs on limited service to this hotel. "
