"Pros: We thought the pool was awesome and well heated, kids spent a lot of time playing in and around the pool. There were also many things for the kids to play inside the house - some toys, game console, etc. and in the backyard - trampoline, tricycle etc. The house was located in a nice neighborhood and close to the marina for fishing, boating and bicycle path.
