Easy Hotel South Kensington is my home away from home when I go to London. The staff are courteous, friendly and helpful - and it is hard to beat the price. Sure it is not the Ritz but even when I have stayed in much more expensive accommodation - while there may be more amenities available - I rarely use them and I sleep jsut as comfortably at the Easy Hotel as I do at the most expensive hotel I have ever stayed at - and at the same time save money in a convenient location wth great staff.

Great staff. I Felt really welcome and anazed It was a Full hispanohablante Team (Spain, Colômbia, Venezuela and Paraguay). As a Brazilian who loves to travel and wants to practice Spanish language, it was a pleasant surprise. Despite the fact It was the smallest Room hotel I've ever been to (12sq FEET, no windows), I really Felt welcome ar easyhotel South Kensington

The property is well located, 2 minutes from Sainsbury and 7 mins walk from underground. The room is quite small but that's fine given the price. I particularly liked how helpful the staff was when I asked for some special considerations. That made all the difference. Normally I don't write reviews but given the helpful staff, I wanted to appreciate the great service.

This is not a 5-star hotel and the rooms are small, but we wanted to see London and didn't plan to lounge around in a hotel room. The staff was outstanding, friendly and went over the top to accommodate us and answer questions about the area and London in general. The room was clean, everything in working order, and the bed was comfortable. It's within walking distance to the Metro, a grocery store, and many restaurants. If we were to travel again to London, we would stay here again.

Booked here last minute and had everything I needed. Staff were very friendly and I felt very safe as a solo female traveller. Not the cleanest but I didn’t mind too much considering the amount I paid. The bedding and bathroom facilities were clean, and the wi-fi was great.

No hot water for 2 days of a 4 day stay staff couldn’t really care when told them. Rooms are ridiculously tiny. Walls are thin. Could hear the person in the next room snoring their head off.

This was a very small room. A few improvement would have mafe it livable. A few shelve. There was no surface to put things on. Storage for luggage under the built in bed. Proper heating and cooling. The room was cold. There did not seem to be any effort to create comfort. Not "easy" at all.

Lovely staff who were welcoming and helpful. The updated rooms were very lovely, though slightly boring as there weren’t any decor. For the price it is good value for money, though. Only challenging thing for me (which I was aware of upon booking) is the lack of a window and the fact that there is no elevator. So not deducting any stars for it as I chose to give it a try well aware of these facts… Would definitely book another time, probably with a window though ;)

Good value for the price. Bathroom could’ve been cleaner. Would not recommend to couples because of the size of the room. DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU ARE CLAUSTROPHOBIC - or at least get a window room. Also there is no room for luggage so if you have anything bigger than a carry on don’t stay here.

Amazing Hotel
We had an absolutely amazing stay. The staff were brilliant, friendly and really went out of there way for us. The rooms were very clean and quiet. We will definitely be staying there again.
