"Very polite staff with enough English to comfortably help in any situation we didn’t know the Japanese. Clean room, strong shower and lots of free extra products available at reception such as coffee for the morning to take up to our room and umbrellas to borrow when it was raining. Breakfast was a good selection of local and international options."

"Great hotel in a convenient location that is close to a train station (a few minute walk away) and many restaurants. The room was very clean and we liked the set up with the sink separated from the rest of the washroom. Staff were really helpful and spoke English well so it was easy to communicate. The room was a bit small but that's quite typical for hotels in Japan, so not unexpected. We enjoyed this hotel and would stay here again!"
