"My son and I stayed here for a weekend visit to Chicago. The staff were very friendly and overall it was a very nice property. The rooms are a bit small, but didn't feel overly cramped. Water pressure in the shower was amazing. Very convenient to the train and also overnight parking, which ended up being $50 less per day than the valet which was perfect since we didn't need our car at all."

"We love staying at the Fairmont Chicago. It's quiet and comfortable and a great location. We stayed on the Gold floor, which had renovated, spacious rooms as well as access to the lounge with complimentary breakfast, snacks, water, soft drinks and desserts. Cocktails were available for an additional cost. Will return again in the future. "

"The property was at a great location but sketchy at night. You can always smell pot when you walk by the employee door by the elevators. Staff wasn’t overly friendly. I had to ask for additional towels twice. Rooms were clean but serviced only every other day. If I stay here again it is due to location only."

"Great place right next to woodfield mall. About 15 minutes from the airport. Hotel is pretty old but was renovated some time these couple years so feels quite new. Overall a pleasant stay"
