"I asked to stay in the modern part of the hotel and quiet and it was granted so we appreciate it. We had a nice stay, liked the room and hotel location. We tried some breakfast items which were not very high quality and felt overpriced."

Staff absolutely lovely and the room and the views are apparently stunning. They were made to feel so welcome at Check in. They were really excited about the stay and expected the hotel to be great, but so far it has exceeded their expectations !!"

"The hotel was lovely. We received outstanding service from the employees. Montserrat was very welcoming and helpful with our check-in. The room was cozy and clean. The bed was very comfortable. We loved the location and how walkable it was to all the key areas and transit."

The indoor pool was a bit cold, only thing that let the day down, ow, the rooms are really warm even with the a/c you can only turn to 16 degrees but I don’t think that’s actually a true reflection of the temperature. It was only April and the kids slept without covers. I dread to know that those rooms feel like in the summer months."

"So the hotel is amazing, the pictures do not do it justice. The common areas are incredible and the location is the best I've stayed in London, and I've been there a lot. The only downside was that the cleaning services were very inconsistent. For the first few days there were no issues, but towards the end there were several days we came back at 4PM and the room was still not cleaned and someone came and asked if they could clean.
