"Overall the place is amazing and I would definitely book a family suite with them again. However, the cleaning staff was subpar. The first day, no garbages were cleaned and replaced, dishes were not done in the kitchenette and the water glasses were not replaced in either the bathroom nor kitchen near the ice bucket.
