Had a wonderful stay at the Fairmont Empress and very glad I upgraded to the Gold package. The lounge area was a perfect place to work or relax after a full day, and the breakfast options were great. It made my stay and I can’t wait to go back.

This hotel is absolutely amazing. From the friendliness of the staff, to the rooms, the view, the town around it, the restaurant and tea experience, the hot tub/pool, all was perfect! I hope to return for a stay one day!

We loved everything about Victoria. We felt very safe!! Zachary the bellman/valet was amazingly friendly and welcoming. The staff at the Empress are incredibly good and professional. I would totally recommend the hotel and can’t wait to return!
