Stay was pleasant. Wish we could have had more fresh air while sleeping. Wasn’t able to turn off heat and had to have air conditioning running through a winter night. Other then this clean as always and love the nespresso coffee!

Overall, with a 9 night stay the experience was positive. While my room was attended to daily, it was obvious that vacuuming was not pro forma as crumbs in the living room area were there for 3 days.

Arrived early at 11am and they gave a room that was available. Staff are are always smiling greeting us. Room was spacious that's why we picked this hotel compared to the other hotels nearby. We will come back.

Everything about this property was great,from checkin to check out all the staff were very helpful. Service for dinner on the 18th floor needs help as it was quite slow.

Chateau Victoria is the go to downtown Victoria place to stay Great staff, clean rooms, great views if you're on a higher floor. Restaurant and bar are fantastic in the hotel Restaurant is amazing for dinner and breakfast is great as well Pool and hot tub are clean Cant go wrong at the Chateau Victoria
