"This was a great find! Clean, cute, and comfortable room, and the hosts thought of everything in regards to the kitchenette! We had the King Suite, which was the perfect size for two of us. The bed was comfy, the breakfast was great, and the hosts were very welcoming. There are a million dining options close by, and we chose to Uber or drive (5 minutes) versus walking (15 - 20 minutes). The neighborhood was very quiet and it was easy to find parking. We definitely look forward to returning! "

"I really hit the jackpot when I selected this property. I was greeted and warmly welcomed at the door by host Rena who showed me around. Her motherly spirit was evident in the care she put into the unit. From extra towels, to water and orange juice in the fridge and cookies, apples, and flowers on the dining table. "We were unable to find the property or reach Shaw Carter, the property manager (or whatever). We were stranded and Verbo found us a room at Best West. We had to pay for the night and decided to spend the additional 2 nights in Santa Monica. I tried to reach BW for itemized receipt but manager not in until Monday. Will send info asap. "

"I can’t recommend this place enough. Even better than we expected. Really well appointed with everything you need for a longer stay. We cooked dinner and prepared breakfast but could easily have walked to so many cafe and restaurant options around us. Supermarkets around the corner and a gym and swimming pool nearby. "Great communication from the staff. We knew exactly what to expect upon arrival. The apartment was precisely as advertised. Clean and tidy, comfortable, and secure. The area around the property (Koreatown) was alright, not unsafe but nothing too exciting for exploring. Very good location geographical for catching the bus (directly outside) or the metro (5-10 North). Uber rides from Downtown or Echo Park only cost $13. I would definitely rent this apartment again!"
