"There were a lot of people and only one hot tub was working. On our last night (thank goodness} we were awoken at 4:00 am with the hammering that was taking place right outside our windows as they were putting up the carnival rides!! We were quite surprised to awake to find a Ferris wheel that we could almost reach out and touch just out of our kitchen window! "If you are looking to stay with a large group of friends or family, this is a great property. The lake views from the living room(s), and balcony / hot tub were beautiful. Everyone got their own king sized bed, and there were three separate living areas to hang out in plus a giant kitchen and balconey. The host was responsive and accommodating. The location near was super convenient for skiing Palisades. "

"This is a great house that is basically a duplex. We were able to live in two separate spaces, which worked well for our group. One of the upstairs showers was broken and the property management was not able to fix it during our 7 night stay. "

"We rented the house for a three day getaway in beautiful Tahoe with our kids and grandkids . The house was spotless, very comfortable and in a great location with easy access to the lake and heavenly ski resort. Would rent it again "

"This condo is located at just 10 mins from Northstar resort and 6 mins from 24-hour Safeway grocery store. So it is a nice place if you plan to go to Northstar for skiing. For the house, it is good up to four people (very cozy) and kitchenwares and amenities (handsoaps, etc.) are well maintained. Overall, we were satisfied."

"House is so spacious and beautiful. Riaz is very prompt with his responses and accommodating to the changes with my reservation. Check in, check out and house rules are very clear and given in a timely manner.There are plenty of amenities in the home.It took us a bit to find a safe way down to the river but once we did, it was beautiful and fun for the little ones. About a 30 min driving distance to Lake Tahoe and/or Reno. Would definitely stay again!Thank you Riaz. "

"The were a lot of positive things about the property. The location was great, right between Northstar and King’s Beach. It was big and looked better than the pictures in real life. The kitchen was a good size and was well-equipped. However, it definitely needed some TLC. The spout in the bathroom kept falling off and the pull out bed was broken. "Experienced a great stay at Forest Suites. My room was very spacious with 2 rooms and a living room with a kitchen and dining table. Location was very convenient with restaurants and shops within walking distance. They even had an ev charger for my car. I recommend staying here."
