Room was clean and comfortable; great water pressure and plenty of hot water. BUT, this place really needs renovation. I mean, wallpaper hanging in strips from the walls! It would also be nice to have the diner open for dinner. Very limited food choices unless you’re willing to pay for Hells Kitchen. Lastly, we were disappointed in the service. No housekeeping and we had to wait 12 hours for fresh wash cloths to be delivered. Still paying resort fees for these properties and we were charged additional for parking. Just kind of a sad property

The room is large and fairly clean. There are some areas with dust, but nothing unusual. There are 3 things in the room that they can improve easily that will enable a better guest experience. 1. The water pressure is poor. I don't know its because of the poor shower head, where some of the water jets were clogged ot just poor water pressure. 2. PLEASE replace the pillow. One of the worst pillows that i have ever slept on in my 40 years of traveling. It is completely flat with no cushion whatsoever. 3. The bed was not comfy at all. I guess for a night or 2 then its fine, but if you are staying longer, then be forewarned.

So we had this reservation done like six months ago and then when we show up, they tell us that they overbooked so we ended up going to the smokers area. There was nothing we could do so we had to take unfortunately that room and that was some bologna because five months before we had done the reservation five months, the only thing that came up was we were comped 100.00

Disappointed. Booked this room over 5 months ago. I booked a king suite for me and my 6’5 husband and when we got to the hotel they state that the room is not available. I explained this booking was paid for 5 months ago, a room should be available and someone who just booked should be down graded. The receptionist had no answers and stated the only room they had was a two bed queen. When I asked if she could look again she again had no answer except that the 2 bed queen is only thing available. She provided us with a 30 dollar credit for the hotel (which would not cover a full meal and a drink for 1 person at this hotel). The room they placed us in with the bed much too small for my husband, was very worn down. Again, very disappointed and will never stay at the Harvey’s in Stateline, NV.

The room and the amenities were awesome. Everything you need. We had an issue finding parking but we drove a dodge and needed the oversized parking which wasn’t super convenient. We had to park at Harrahs and walk across. Everything was very nice. However pretty sure we didn’t get the room we booked. The bathroom was much more basic than the one shown in the pictures. They did tell us at check in they “overbooked” and needed to find us another room. They claimed it was an “upgrade” but I think it was honestly whatever they had left because it didn’t match the pictures. It was a nice room though.
