Room heater and heated toilet seat were broken. Honeymoon suite only had coffee supplies for 1. Staff was rude on multiple occasions. I was excited to stay at the Coachman after a previous visit that was stellar. However, this visit makes me second guess another booking.

Great amenities, very accomodating staff, and very dog friendly! I loved the heated toilet seat in my room and the fact that the pool and spa are open year-round. It is close enough to walk to the strip, but far enough away to get some peace and quiet.

Excellent location, walkable distance to the main stateline strip. Very comfy beds,.good heating and great shower. Reception area is lovely, the fire pits and smores were a real hit and the complimentary coffee in the morning is excellent. Hot tub was just the icing on the cake. Highly recommended.

The Coachman room we stayed in was clean and simply decorated. Good vibe for a weekend stay. The reception office was adorable and the staff was very friendly and welcoming!

Amazing! Such a lovely feel with loads of little touches such as smores by the fire that made the experience. Free bike hire and cute bar area. Room was clean and modern with apple TV. Definitely stay here.

Never got our free bottle of sparkling wine, that was disappointing. Our bathroom door was closed when we entered the room and when we opened the door we were hit with an intense cigarette smell even though the property is “non smoking”. If the room was cleaned before we got in there wouldn’t the cigarette smell come from the staff or shouldn’t they have left the doors open to air out the stench? There were cups for use at our sink but the first one we picked up has crusty brown foam dried on the inside. There were coffee sugar/napkin packets for use but some were already opened and left for our use. We paid extra for the room with a balcony which the view was of the building and the parking lot of which people kept looking up at us as they walked by. The balcony door was blocked by a couch. We were told even though we already prepaid for the property we were “required” to put a $100 hold on our credit card. The next day they said we owed them $30 and when we checked our credit card account we got charged $100 and $104 and given $66 back so we will see what happens with that when they statement clears. The tiny tv in the main bedroom was kinda humorous though it was not connected to anything so we (adults) watched tv on the bunk beds with the massive tv in the main sitting room. Our room had aspects of it missing from the pictures. Overall: It felt like an over hyped bougie motel. Not as fancy as it seemed in the pictures or reviews.

Great hotel, staff is great, rooms are great and clean. Only real issue is if youre next to a stairwell it can get a bit noisy but its not a deal breaker.

Nice room, very clean. Friendly front desk staff, morning breakfast staff not so much. Easy to walk to casinos and felt safe walking back in the dark. Shower does not have mat so it’s very slippery, I fell in the shower.
