The hotel isn’t the most modern but it is highly utilitarian. The kitchen was well stocked. The breakfast was as good a “free” hotel breakfast as you could get. The staff was wonderful and immediately attentive to small things during our five night stay. Finally, the location is outstanding. Easy walk, maybe 1/4 mile, with full ski equipment to the Heavenly gondola. We would stay here again.

Location and room size are really the only reasons to stay. Forget your toothpaste? That will be $3. See that convenient car charger? $3 flat fee, $.35/kwh (more expensive than a supercharger). Breakfast is on the low end and their small spas get crowded quick.

Great place! Had little activities every night such as wine hour and smores. Walkable to town and gondola. Staff very nice. -breakfast was so easy and convenient. Good kids room upstairs in lobby. A few smells around in stairwell and such from being older but nothing terrible. No dishwasher - no walkable grocery store but target opens next month and you can walk there! Elevator very small - only holds 3 but stairs super easy so not a problem. Easy walk to casinos and restaurants. We felt very safe! We would and want to come stay again!

Perfect location for skiing. Short walk to the gondola. The facilities are not luxurious, but plenty good for having a place to crash, hang out, and cook meals. The happy hour and game room are a nice touch. Breakfast was great. Outdoor heated pool and hot tub were a hit with the kids. Parking was very easy and convenient.

Property was near ski gondola. Also only a 10 minute drive to base of ski area when winds stopped the gondola from running. Decent breakfast offered each morning. Staff was responsive to work orders. We had a loose screen door banging in the high winds which was fixed immediately. Can walk to shops and casinos. Suite was spacious. Kitchen could use some more cooking utensils. Bed was comfortable.

The bathroom sink was blocked. For a price of almost $350 a night, this should not have been the case. The next day no one cleaned the room, even though I ensured to not have the do not disturb sign outside the door. The suite I had booked was spacious though. The hotel facilities and breakfast was pretty nice.

This hotel was better than expected! Bonus hot breakfast daily, several free amenities varying daily including wine, hot chocolate bar, and s’mores. They have a fun game room for the kids with pool table, darts, and video games. Hot tub was hot and pool also heated, the kids went in winter, it was 20 degrees out. Very close walk to gondola and local restaurants/shops. We would stay here again. Rooms very nice, we were even unexpectedly upgraded from a 1 bedroom suite, to a 2 bedroom. The kids are asking to come and stay here next ski trip.
