"I loved the central location, convenient and within walking distance of everything. The downside the hotel does not have carparking facilities so only options is to park in multi-storey carparks which are very expensive. Especially the ones nearest to the hotels. I use the NCP carpark on Dumfries Place which I pay £15 for 24 hrs, it's about 5 to 10 minute walk from this carpark. All in all my kids and I had a good stay, the staff were very nice and efficient!!"

Chair at dressing table was also filthy and covered in stains - looked like someone had spilled multiple drinks on it and then chocolate on the back of the chair. "
