The Angel Hotel has great character and in a perfect location. Despite being a little tired looking on the outside, it was clean and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We will visit again.

We had a very good stay, the hotel is opposite Cardiff castle. The room number 106 really pleasantly surprised us it was massive containing a very good sized bathroom. Breakfast was also spot on, staff were also very attentive when required.

We booked a deluxe suite, which was very comfortable and really good value for money. It's in a good location in the city centre. Staff were all helpful and friendly. The property could probably do with some TLC as some areas are a bit tired and worn but overall, a good stay and would visit again.
