The hotel is clean and about a minute's walk from the train station. Accessible to amenities such as restaurants and shops. The staff are extremely helpful and polite.

I love the staff there, they were so kind and helpful. The room was perfect for just me, the only thing was the toilet seat was broken and needs replacing. Overall I had a great stay and would come again.

Very comfortable bed Easy check in Only fault, soap dispenser in bathroom a safety hazard, metal casing with a sharp corner which I caught my head on whilst using the sink Friend in next room did the same and cut their head However, do recommend this hotel for a good value stay

One of the best traits of this property is the proximity to the Cardiff main train station. You could roll out of bed and be at the station in two minutes. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My only wish is that small toiletries would be provided in the bathroom. I would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Cardiff.
