"Bed was hard as was the pillows. The noise from the extractor fan outside was very loud and the room was very hot as couldnt sleep with window open due to noise. Shower was style over substance. Water pressure not brilliant and temperature was hot then cold then hot then cold, not constant. Breakfast was lovely and the resident lounge was lovely. The bathroom smellies were great and plentiful and of good quality. Staff were superb."

"I was in Cardiff for a training weekend so for me I wanted somewhere clean, near to Bute Park and most importantly safe as I was travelling alone. This is exactly what I got. The Room: The BEST shower in the world and nice shampoo aswell, a really comfortable bed for the night and as daft as it sounds- perfectly placed TV.
