I had a very disappointing experience during my stay. It started with a frustrating 30-minute delay at check-in because the hotel couldn’t locate my reservation. Once I was finally given a room key, it didn’t work. I had to repeatedly ask staff for assistance, but instead of addressing the actual problem with the door, they just kept changing the key. This led to an additional 30-minute wait before I could even enter my room.
I had booked a King Suite, but unfortunately, the air conditioning wasn’t working, which made the room quite uncomfortable. To top it off, at check-out, I was informed that I had been overcharged due to an error made by the receptionist. Lastly, the lift was also out of order during my stay, adding to the overall inconvenience.
Overall, it was not a pleasant experience, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
