"My stay was excellent, from start to finish my customer service was first class. From the night porter checking me in to the receptionist taking my bag back to the car nothing was too much trouble. The service was so genuine I didn’t feel I needed to ask for anything the staff offered. "Lovely pool area and polite staff, unfortunately bins in the rooms had not been emptied from previous guests. Paid for late check out to use the pool area and would say this was worth it. breakfast fresh made and very good."
