"We stayed for a short girls weekend in SB. The location is excellent, a block away from the water, about a 30 minute walk to the funk zone and other shops/food. Quiet neighborhood. Responsive management. House is old though you could tell they have made fixes based off previous reviews. Nice gas fireplace. Would have benefited from knowing there were space heaters the first night. Overall, for the price was a fair stay. "

"We really enjoyed our stay. The location was very convenient to Santa Barbara shops & restaurants. The house was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. My only complaint is that, despite a hefty cleaning fee, guests are expected to strip the beds, collect the linens and empty the trash before leaving. "The property was ok. Just a little small. The neighborhood was directly off the freeway and was a very crowded street with no parking. The driveway was short and off center of the street entrance. The check in time was 3:00 but we were not able to check in until 3:30 due to the cleaning lady still being there. During our stay, the cleaning lady came through the driveway to use the laundry area. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but would have liked a more seamless stay. "
