"My stay at the Ramada by Wyndham was absolutely sensational… I was greeted on the phone by a man named Chris, who then told me, although I didn’t check in the night before I will still be able to check in early in the morning before check out! now, I’ve never felt a more welcoming presence than I did, when greeted by the staff of Ramadan by Wyndham! The moment I arrived, I was greeted by Miss Kelsea and Miss Kether, and I have to say that was probably the best customer service I’ve ever received in my life… I’m not joking! They were so sweet and kind and helped me with anything I needed before arriving at my room around 9 AM. Everything was perfect and just as it should be because I believe every hotel should have the set standards of what I believe to be the best customer service done by Ramada by Wyndham! "Everything about this hotel was great, the only thing that did bother me is that there was hair on some towels as well as the bed and there were little pieces of trash on the floor. Besides that the hotel itself was really nice and the staff was nice."
