"This property does have a great view, that’s the good news. It is mentioned in the listing, but the traffic noise is constant and so loud you really can’t enjoy being outside. Also mentioned in the listing, there is no AC. Not too bad in February but I can’t imagine being here in the summer. The place needs work. Kitchen cabinet drawers and doors are all falling off. "The place was extremely clean, convenient, and perfect for a weekend in Santa Barbara! Its a 10min drive from the Amtrak station which makes for an excellent home base for anything you may want to do around the area. Aside from the great quiet location, its also an incredibly cute guest house with a kind a helpful host. Highly recommend and would gladly stay again myself!"

"I liked that it was in a nice neighborhood, walking distance to Santa Barbara Bowl and to State Street. Check in was so easy, free parking, allow 1 night stays. Rooms are clean, updated and nicely decorated. Would definitely stay again"
