"Close proximity to train station. Friendly and helpful staff - staff helped with filling out luggage transport form (yamamoto). Rooms are small with no room to fully open luggage but this sounds typical of Tokyo hotels. First floor often smells of cigarettes (smoking room is on this floor). Overall had a good stay and wouldn’t mind staying here again. "

"It's not as jaw dropping as the Richardson in Tokyo. There they have activities for guests, our room was bigger, and they had these amazing pajamas we loved. Here we got robes, which were nice, but we had gotten spoiled."
