"I liked the room and the comfortable king size bed. The coffee maker in the room was great, so convenient. The mini refrigerator in the room was a definite asset which I used for cold drinks and snacks. The breakfast was delicious, offering a large variety of options, all of them tasty and fresh. "3 min walk to Staten Island ferry. Breakfast provided was minimal and dissappointing. No juices. Basically bread butter, 1 bananna, 2 tangerenes and 2 soft apples. Towels were like sandpaper. Place was clean. Host always available and helpful."

"Modern, clean with easy access to transportation. Owners are so kind and helpful. This property is just as you see in pictures and was perfect for our family of 3 adults. So clean and had everything we needed. I highly recommend and will definitely stay again!!"
