"Great location, clean room, nice service. You’re super close to all the theaters and time square, etc. my only minor (very minor complaints) would be shower was a bit either boiling lava or arctic cold. And it would be nice to get complimentary water and coffee - but def not a huge deal! Overall, great room and location is tough to beat. "

"Everything was excellent but I wouldn’t stay again. There is no coffee or tea in the room or lobby. You have to leave the building. Also I left a new pair of expensive sneakers in the room and called just a few hours after checkout while housekeeping was still there, yet they “couldn’t find them”. Staying at the Garden Inn across the street from now on. "

"I’m so glad I stumbled across this hotel online. What a great hotel! I loved the ambiance, the room size was bigger than most hotel rooms in manhattan, and the staff was very friendly. The only drawback was a fairly firm bed but that’s personal taste. "

"We loved staying in Chelsea. The hotel was close to many things we wanted to see. The staff were helpful and welcoming. The only issue we had was our shower faucet dripped during our entire stay. With the constant noise in NYC we didn’t even notice after the first night. "

"The staff were very friendly and helpful 10/10 customer service. The property is walking distance from Times Square and was very convenient. The room is in okay condition. However the toilet gave us trouble every single day of the trip and we had to keep calling reception to send the handy man to unclog it. However the receptionist gave us a discount for the trouble. The room was also very hot, I would recommend leaving the windows open. Overall a great stay. "
