" This has been our go to hotel while visiting Galveston. Staff is not at the front desk when you need them. The couch that should have been in our room was missing. Bathroom is really tight. Don’t like the shower bath combo. Rooms are worn, need some updating. Parking is fantastic!"

"Lots of recent fixes that are subpar. Wifi spotty, elevator slow, pool cold, room door insanely heavy, toilet only worked sometimes. Overall6 out of ten for what we paid. "
