"This has been one of the cleanest and well prepared stays we have ever booked. They have everything you could possibly need for your stay. Things for little kids, all the kitchen items for meals, welcome items, etc. Condo is main level with the beach right across the street and has a great view out the front!! Check-in was a breeze. I would definitely stay here again when in town!"

"Stairs being a problem, first floor lodging was perfect… Lovely view of the river, especially since the trees were denuded all foliage, but winter has its charms too at Sunset. First day we saw two young foxes and two deer, obviously obviously not walking together, but on the hillside just below the patio, so encouraged that wildlife is still more or less disturbed and abundant in spite of heavy development. Everything within walking distance for two old timers and our mini Labradoodle Pepper....

"Was what I expected. People were great to work with and it was very easy process. The room was very clean. Property is a bit older, but has nice parking. It was a bit out of the way for my purposes, but it is close to the art district, so if that is your thing this place maybe ideal. Also, Rockport isn’t that big, so not necessarily a big deal. "
