We loved how all staff provided an excellent service. The hotel had live music and the food was excellent. The staff kindness and courtesy was awesome. Since we arrived they provided water and even for our return. The room was always cleaned. Thank you to Steve, Kevin, Scott and Alivia and as well the receptionist were all respectful and kind. We definitely will return back. The stay was excellent and near the beach.

Hotel has remodeling on first floor Room was nice with balcony where we can sit and watch ocean. Bathroom was clean with good shower. Dining options are good as well. It was a little inconvenient with remodeling process and I willing to see new lobby when they done

Love the property it was absolutely amazing greatest staff we’ve ever dealt with and we stayed in a lot of hotels. Well, we didn’t like is the fact that Expedia did not transfer the money effectively to the hotel chain and now we have to fight with Expedia to get the money back, cause they didn’t do their job Not the fault of the hotel at all they were not accommodating and they figured out solutions to make it work, but will be calling Expedia to get a !

The room, ocean view and resort was perfect. From early check-in with Van, who was very helpful and friendly to a late checkout, it exceeded my expectations. The winter time pool temperature was surprisingly warm which I appreciated. I will return!

Love staying at the San Luis every year with my family at Christmas time. I do think it’s time for them to remodel or upgrade their rooms. You pay a pretty penny to stay there and many things in the rooms need work. LOVE the atmosphere, staff is incredible, and we look forward to our stay every year.

The property is beautiful. We love staying a night and having several dining choices without having to leave the hotel. The food is always good and the staff are always top notch. The only thing I don’t like is there isn’t a convenient place to plug in electronics by the bed at night. The outlet is behind the bed.
