We won't stay again at this busy time of year with all the holiday parties in your hotel. Alot of effort is made for those party attendees but not so much for the overnight guest. Also, $32 a day for parking seems to be a great amount. I did like we could go in and out with the room key. I put up the ironing board and it feel apart. legs fell off. I called housekeeping at 9:30am. She assured me that she would send up a replacement. We returned at 6:30pm and the board was still lying on our bed. I called again and he brought up an ironing board. He told me that the one broken was new. New or old it needs screws and bolts to hold it together. I was disappointed that we didn't get the board before we left the room. We made due ironing on the counter with a towel. This is our second visit at the hotel. The $200 hold was upsetting as well. You took it our of my checking without me using or you waiting for me to use any monies. I am waiting for my refund minus the 64 dollars in parking. I hope to get it quickly.

The staff went above and beyond for me. I had gotten sick when I was staying there and they accommodated my needs to help me recover .... the chef made me something I could eat. Dennis at the Front Desk was wonderful. Martin delivered things I needed as well as Dennis. The hotel manager, assisted in my recovery. I would highly recommend this hotel. I also loved how safe I felt staying here.
