"Stayed for the week with husband and kids for spring break. Definitely needs updating, but overall was a comfortable room. Did not see the staff. Room was never cleaned, never saw the room cleaners. Had to go to the front office for towels as there weren’t any separate pool towels available, only shower towels. "

"The upgraded larger room was very spacious and a great view of the Gulf. Everything in the room worked fine, except the TV was set to narrow mode, so the left & right part of the image was cut off--we couldn't fix it. They do a good job with the breakfast and the staff there works very hard, they should be tipped, which we did. We witnessed a bad water leak from the roof in the closet across the hall, when it rained. The water poured through electrical panels which was concerning. Otherwise...
