Great staff and the shuttle service is a plus. Lobby area is nice however, the rooms are outdated and bathrooms tiny. Definitely time for a remodel. But that didn't hinder my overall stay.

The staff and hotel front desk manager absolutely fantastic. The restaurant staff as well very good and the food was great. The rooms however definitely needs a make over.

This is a great place to stay if you’re going to an event at the Toyota Center. I love that they have a shuttle that goes to the venue. I loved the atmosphere and enjoyed eating at the restaurant there.

The hotel was located in an area that was convenient for us to access everywhere we wanted to go. Transit stop was a short walk as were many downtown amenities.

Wow great stay! Wonderful lady named Ana Maria greated us at the front and made sure we were satisfied. Then John who was making sure every day everything was going good and smooth. 10/10 really would recommend staying here

Valet parking was terrible and please do not depend on shuttle service ! they were mean and rude and unreliable when it came to requesting transportation .. no housekeeping or room service to serve after hours . Front desk John was nice and front desk ladies were ok. Would not recommend hotel though . Also please confirm you have a breakfast package as it is not complimentary , Expedia also sucks, would not recommend to book through them , they had no urgency or desire to help with issue .
