"Absolutely beautiful and well run property with friendly helpful staff; however, the Monarch restaurant service and food quality is significantly below the quality of the hotel. We stayed there in hopes of not having to leave the hotel for a fully wonderful evening. Restaurant was very disappointing, so we left and drove to another restaurant for dinner. "

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. We love the perk of staying here and using their airport shuttle. Our shuttle driver was very friendly!! Room was very nice and spacious. Will definitely stay here again when flying out of IAH. "
