"For the price, we got what we paid for. We were very pleased with the overall condition of the room. Breakfast is what you would expect. I would recommend Wingate and will stay there again if the opportunity arose."

"The property is a good beach hotel. Its positioned on the seawall with beach-like activities nearby... Since its budget friendly there were a lot of kids (and parents) in the pool at all times. Not a problem but if you're traveling without kids then sometimes its no fun being around other peoples kids."

"The location was good. Everything was good except for the breakfast. The scrambled eggs were not good. They looked like they were frozen round egg “patties” and not scrambled eggs made in the hotel. We also had some trouble with the airport shuttle. Apparently the hotel shares a shuttle with other hotels. We reserved seats for 9:00am and there was a couple that pushed in even though they had not reserved their seats. One woman had to sit on her husband’s lap! The driver asked me to...
