The room that was 'just cleaned' was absolutely disgusting. There was unknown dirt and debris all over the carpet and it stunk. The elevator whined and nearly got stuck twice. We checked out almost immediately.

We liked the quietness of the area. The breakfast was good--many choices. We did not like the fact that we had to walk so far to get to our room due to the elevator not working. I do, however, understand that things break down at times.

Foul odor in our room. Mold was growing up the wall.There was no soap, shampoo, lotion or hair dryer in the room. It was nothing like the internet pictures and description. We received a text when we checked in that said to text this number if you need something but the text that I sent never got a reply back from the hotel. The only good thing about this place was that it did let us park our car while we went on our cruise

I don’t know where to start, from the time of check in til the rest of our very very short stay. The lobby is closed & you have to talk to the front desk person through a jail cell window, staff is unfriendly not very helpful, our room was on the 4th floor. I had to pry the elevator door open to get it to do anything. Once on the elevator it sounded like it was going to come crashing down, none of the lights on the elevator worked & was a very scary ride. Our first room we got into had a tv, lamp & phone that was all broken or not working. So we ended up switching rooms, our second room had crumbs of food everywhere & reeked of cigarette smoke even though a sign on the door says no smoking. Very sketchy building & looks nothing like the pictures. Spend the extra money & stay anywhere else but here. I ended up switching hotels about 45 min after arriving. Extremely misleading photos.

I love the location it is close to a Kroger's for food.It was very clean and they had free breakfast.The beach is right in front and close to another things as well.I loved it

Good value for a decent room. Excellent location. The rooms are average and fairly clean. You have a fridge and microwave as well with Wi-Fi This is not a fancy hotel but for the price and location it is great. It is a bit noisy with birds and other guests if they have noisy children. Breakfast is decent and fairly good variety of items.

It was nice that there were places to eat and get coffee within walking distance but our main door was broken and we didn’t feel safe, the shower nozzle almost pulled through the wall. There were tiles broken behind the toilet making it easy to see into a crawl space or something. Bed was comfortable though.
