"This hotel is in an excellent location- almost diagonally opposite Gloucester Rd tube, many restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. Small Waitrose by the station and bigger Sainsbury's approx 10min walk. Although it is situated on a busy junction our room was in the back and on basement floor. We heard no traffic noise at all. "Boutique hotel in a great location close to the tube and restaurants. Outstanding service by the staff. Nothing was too much effort. They were pleasant, polite and very accomodating. Only one small downside. The beds are extremely firm and even with a mattress topper put into place they were a little harder than my personal preference. It didn’t detract from my stay here and I would certainly come back. Great hotel. "
