"Clean hotel with easy access to the tube and everything around London had a lovely stay. Only down side was the breakfast and the fact the lift wasn’t working so we had to carry our suitcase up 5 flights of stairs. Also decor abit dated. "

"We stayed in room 9 it was perfect first room right next to reception. It was very nice and very clean.They served a full English breakfast along with a wonderful selection of pastries.The people serving breakfast were all very nice especially Doris😍Robert who takes care of things at night was ver helpful with many things.We were there two nights would definitely recommend it ."

"Booked a suite overlooking Hyde Park with kitchen and advertised as whole apartment. The receptionist had no idea we were staying until I showed the Expedia app on my phone. We were given a basement room which was tiny, no TV or kettle! The window wouldn't shut or lock and looked out on the storage area for the rubbish. Didn't want to use the shower or bathroom as it was filthy and the radiator was stuck on maximum so the place was like a furnace. Not a place I would send my worst enemy!"

Único problema que tive foi o ventilador barulhento do outro hóspede do quarto que insistia em dormir com ele ligado, apesar do frio, e que não me deixou dormir bem nenhuma noite. "

"Excellent, friendly and welcoming staff. Room is as expected for student digs. Other than the furniture, the only items were a good towel and a spare toilet roll. No coat hangers in wardrobe. You will need to bring soap and shower requisites. Good location close to the Tube and food outlets."
