"This hotel is a real gem! Perfect for transport links, so much around the area like restaurants and bars. Close to the royal Albert hall and Kensington gardens. All the staff were so friendly and polite and our room was lovely. We were in room 314 which was right opposite the lift so it was a little noisy but it was absolutely fine as we aren’t light sleepers! We were able to leave our bags there free of charge before our room was ready so we could go out to explore too which was a real plus too. Breakfast was a little pricy for us so we opted for a local cafe. I would definitely stay here again! "
