"Room was nice and all the facilities. Shower door went inward soaking it in water, shower leaked water to the outside. BIG ISSUE WAS I DID NOT GET THE ROOM I PAID. I BOOKED THIS HOTEL PURELY FOR ROOM THAT WAS PICTURED and got a very different room. NOT IMP"

"Large, bright, neat, modern apartment in lively but not noisy street near South Kensington tube. Walk to museums, Harrods, King's Road. Pleasant local shops and restaurants. Wonderfully warm and helpful staff added a crib and brought tissues and toys for my grandchildren, who had colds. Flexible assistance with car to airport. "

There were many good shops and restaurants a few minutes away, and it was very easy to get to the other parts of London, either by bus or the Underground. We did lots of exploring in the six days that we were there, and we felt very fortunate to have found such a nice hotel."

"Arrived early and allowed to check in which was helpful after a long travel. Was informed of an ‘upgrade we had been given’ for a double room but when we were allocated our room on floor 3 the bed was just 2 singles pushed together! Apart from that hotel was lovely, breakfast was nice and check out at 11 was helpful:-)"
