"Stayed here 2 nights for a work trip, in a single bedroom with ensuite - the bathroom was decorated excellently and very clean though the space to shower was very small. Bed was comfy, sheets were clean, tea and coffee options good. Relatively quiet though I think pipes ran through my room so often sounded like running water in the room. Overall, clean, safe, convinient, very close to Natural History Museum, V&A, Science Museum and Royal Albert Hall, good for a stopover, tourist or business trip...

"The hotel is located near the station. The staff is kind and friendly. Breakfast is good. But unfortunately, there is not a good restaurant near the hotel. The bed is close to the window so I felt cold when i slept. "

"Arrived early and allowed to check in which was helpful after a long travel. Was informed of an ‘upgrade we had been given’ for a double room but when we were allocated our room on floor 3 the bed was just 2 singles pushed together! Apart from that hotel was lovely, breakfast was nice and check out at 11 was helpful:-)"

"A fabulous stay here. Staff extremely helpful with everything. Room was very traditional. Only thing that would have improved things was a good coffee machine that seems to be the norm in many hotels now. The gore had just a kettle (with the world’s shortest chord) and terrible sachet coffee. We were disappointed that the much heralded restaurant was closed on Mondays….which was our main day of the stay…this hadn’t been pointed out on booking. The bar however is still extremely cosy….highly...
