"The Oriental Tokyo Bay checked all the boxes! The rooms were spacious with great amenities. There was an incredible room on the second floor for additional amenities like skin wash, lotions and other hygiene items. The Welcome Social was fantastic, offering a variety of drinks, alcoholic and non-alcoholic, which was a nice treat after a long day sightseeing. Speaking of sightseeing, the hotel has a walkway over the street to the Shin Urayasu station as well as the Aeon mall. Talk about a convenient location! I really cannot praise this hotel enough! It was a great family vacation!"

"Property is extensive and plenty of facilities onsite, very well run and professional hotel, rooms are clean but the room we stayed is was quite old and out of date, probably due for a refresh. But would still recommend this as an excellent hotel."

"The location is excellent. Everything is great except the decorations looks a bit old. The staff at front desk did their job efficiently, but we expected they have more smiles and more friendly. One thing needs improvement is the laundry room."
