"Everything is seamless and beautiful. They have free amenities for you to use daily. The breakfast is fresh and so good with great options. Walking distance from restaurants. Markets and 7eleven. I felt so safe. "

"Koko Hotel was lovely for out first night in Tokyo. The staff at the front desk were welcoming and friendly and answered any questions we had with patience and kindness. The room was clean, had good space for a family of four, and comfortable. It was close by to lots of attractions, dining options, convenience stores and a park for kids (which was awesome)."

"Efficient checkin. Large twin beds was nice. Room very cramped. There was a very large wicker hanging chair that took up a ton of needed space and totally unnecessary. The walls in the room were damaged and the room smelled mouldy. Window does not open for fresh air unfortunately. More elevators required as often there was a wait. On a positive not the room was vault like quiet at all times which was a wonderful reprieve from chaotic Shinjuku"

"This hotel is located near multiple train stations and easy access to anywhere in Tokyo. The room was smaller than I wanted but it is the average size room for hotels in Tokyo. Staff are super nice and they provide free coffee and tea, and 1 bottle of water daily. I would recommend this hotel to others. "

"The people at the counter need to speak English much better. I can hardly understand what Yoko was saying and she showed us where the elevators were with a brush of her hand."
