"First time staying at an apartment in Japan. The station is a five minute walk. The apartment is clean and spotless. You have your own bathroom and shower. A washer inside the apartment and you can dry your clothes in the bathroom. You have everything you need there. Owner responds fast. Also a seven eleven around the corner. "

"The double bed room we stayed was cleaned. Toilet and bath are separated. Public bath was a bonus. Hotel staff are awesome. Few minutes walk to Keikyu Kamata station. Taxi to Haneda airport is within 15 minutes ride."

"This has been one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The staff was incredible, the location was great and the hotel itself was amazing. The hotel is located near a food court so if you just want to head back to the hotel and rest you have options right on the first floor. This hotel also allows dogs which made the stay even better seeing the adorable dogs every morning. The staff was extremely helpful and kind whenever we had any questions. Overall a great stay. "

"The first time when we checked in the room given was very modern and appealing. However a week later when we checked in again the room assigned was on the 9th floor and to our surprise it didn’t feel as it the same hotel as before. The room was very small with old furniture, bathroom was very old fashioned even the paint on the walls looked ages old. So shocked to see the difference between the floors and the rooms in the same hotel. "

"We had a flight from Haneda terminal 3, we decided to stay in royal park hotel night before our flight, Hotel was ideal for our flight, 5-10 min walk to terminal 3, we had a meal in the hotel restaurant which was lovely and not to expensive, rooms were clean and comfortable, staff were helpful and pleasant, Nice hotel ideal for Haneda terminal 3"
