"Excellent location right across the street from the beach and very close to downtown Santa Barbara. Our room was cute, clean, and just what you’d need for an overnight stay. The parking is included, so no surprise insane parking fees or resort fees. It was so quiet, too. Honestly had a great stay and would 100% stay here again! Only downside is the office is not 24 hours, so there is an emergency number to call if you lose a key (we did not). Also, there was supposed to be coffee from 8-10am in the office/lobby building, but it was closed and locked when we went to check out, so they didn’t really honor that. No big deal, I still really enjoyed our stay!"

"Came here for two nights in January with the wife and newborn. Great location (half block from State street), reasonably priced, friendly staff, and clean room. Also offer free day passes to a fitness center a few blocks away. Would stay here again!"
