"A nice but not great hotel in downtown Santa Barbara. The hotel has some good facilities (parking - for a fee, gym, bar and restaurant). The location is good for exploring downtown and the beach (bike, or a 25 min walk). We had some issues with noise outside the room in the early mornings; one day due to a delivery, the other due to an unhoused person. The room was nice but the bathroom lacks any kind of sound proofing or even a solid door... It was also missing robes, coffee/kettle (though they...

"Staff was friendly and provided instructions as they were remodeling the main lobby. Room was clean and perfect for the one night stay. Location was centered near shops and restaurants. Plenty of walkable bars around the area. Would definitely recommend and will be returning."

"Palmoro house is beautiful and dog friendly. 2 minute walk to the zoo and the Costa restaurant is fantastic. Its relatively easy to find street parking if you don't want to pay to park on property. Its a beautiful location to walk along the beach in the mornings. Very safe and peaceful."

"I knew the room would be small (as we got the smallest room they had), but it was barely walkable. About 8 inches to scoot between the wall and the bed. Everything was good quality and the bed itself was comfortable, but overall not worth the price paid. Usually you can justify the price with amenities, but this location doesn’t have a hot tub, or breakfast, etc."
