"the red-haired woman who checked us in was hostile with my questions about parking. she also accused my family member of stealing from the mini mart behind the counter when he was looking around and didnt buy anything, when he was holding something from home. it was weird to accuse and run him down when most places assume positive intent. other than that it was a nice hotel with great amenities"

"It was quiet; I needed a place to stay before surgery the next morning. I did not like that there was no soap to use to take a bath and had to go ask for some from the front desk. Then the bathtub plug did not work. It was a challenge to take a bath needed before my surgery."

"Fantastic property with a very responsive and helpful host! Perfect for our group of longtime middle aged moms/women whose main goal was to have a quiet place to re-connect. There was a hot tub, sauna and gas fire circle to keep the chilly evenings warm. None of us were brave enough to go in the pool in November but several of us enjoyed paddle boarding and kayaking RIGHT off the deck connected to the property. The property is surrounded on most sides by water (the VRBO photo doesn't lie!). ...

"The host, Eda, was an absolute delight. At the beginning of our stay, my wife had a fall at the place we were staying the night before we arrived at Eda's, and was unable to get around easily. She was most kind and caring about our situation and did everything she could to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The property is very relaxing with lots of plants, outdoor furniture, a hot tub and lots of visiting birds to watch (particularly the hummingbirds)! We would definitely stay again....
