"Booked at this hotel, but property manager called a few days prior to let me know they were oversold on rooms with two double beds, so offered to move me to their sister hotel in Visalia with no change in cost. The hotel in Visalia they transferred me to was the Comfort Suites- large room and friendly staff with free breakfast. Appreciate the great customer service and the staff making sure we were well accommodated. "
