Love the Palace Hotel. Always stay there when in SF but first time reviewing. The concierge is so helpful and helped make my husband's 50th birthday a good surprise. Thank you!!!

The Palace Hotel is beautiful and elegant. Customer service was impeccable. Our room was lovely, we really enjoyed our stay. There are only 9 floors so I will try to get a room on any floor higher than 3 next time. Other than that, perfection.
