"Lovely hotel, lots of nice pools and bars at a great price. Food was great. Me and my friend stayed half board and we got charged €2.90 for a draft soda in the canteen we thought was included with the meal which was the only annoying thing about the hotel. Also the bag room is not locked which I did not appreciate with our passports being in there etc. The rooms are great value for the money, the hotel was able to always het us taxis within minutes of asking which was helpful. "Little if anything to fault, other than that the hotel requires an uplift, decor, furnishings etc. The staff are competent, hardworking,and courteous. The concierge staff always pleased to assist - in particular Santiago, who in my view epitomises the true and effective hospitality professional. "The apartments were basic but clean. The kitchen facilities consisted of a microwave, fridge and 2 ring hob. There was no kettle or teapot for anyone wanting a cup of tea, so back to the old-fashioned method of boiling water in a pan! No washing up liquid or dishcloths provided, but there's a well stocked small shop over the road.The bathroom was clean, good hot shower. Maid service 5 out of seven days.
